Answer: They fit more like a 4. But do measure once before ordering.

2Q: I got these for my newborn that will be here in 2 weeks. so I got them in 0-6 month the bottom says 11, her shoes say 1 usually, are these for newborns?

Answer: I bought these for my niece who had her baby girl in Jan of this year. Look for newborn size if you want them smaller. :)
